CONFIDENTIALITY is maintained regarding appointments and records.
Information can only be released on your signature. No information
about you will be released even to confirm an
appointment.
- As of August 4,
2009 the State of Illinois mandates that clinics must notify an
adult family member of any patient 17 years old or younger that an
abortion will be performed.
This is a notification of a pending
abortion, this is not requesting the adult family member's
consent. This notification will be given to the appropriate family
member 48 hours before the abortion is performed.

- Appointments are required. Center hours are 8am-4:30pm Monday -
Friday. Call (815) 963-4101 to schedule your appointment.
- No 24 hr wait.
- If you do not speak English, you may have someone who does call for
an appointment, and come with you to translate for you while you are
with us.
